What the forms on this site collect, why, and where it goes.
Who runs this site
SalesPath is run by its founder, Chris Edmund, from Melbourne. REVIEW REQUIRED: legal business name and ABN.
What the forms collect

Each kit and resource form has a box for occasional practical emails. You only get those if you tick it. REVIEW REQUIRED: how those emails are sent and how unsubscribing works.
What isn't sent
- The Quote Leak Check calculator runs in your browser. Your answers stay there unless you request the kit.
- When you unlock the downloads, your browser keeps a small marker (
sp_resources_unlocked) so they stay unlocked. It holds no personal details. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it. - The site doesn't run analytics or advertising trackers. REVIEW REQUIRED: update this line if analytics is added.
Where your details go
The site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are stored in Netlify Forms, where Chris reads them, and Netlify can email them to him.
REVIEW REQUIRED: the service that receives submissions (for example a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, or email through Resend), and whether any of these services store data outside Australia.
Your details aren't shared with anyone else for their own use.
How long details are kept
REVIEW REQUIRED: retention period for enquiries and resource requests.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Ask Chris and he'll tell you what's held, correct it or delete it. REVIEW REQUIRED: privacy contact email.
