What are your quiet quotes costing you?
Answer seven checks and put in four numbers. You'll see where your sales path leaks, what that's worth each month, and the three fixes to start with.

Seven checks
Answer for how things actually run, not how they should.
Before quoting, do you ask about timing, budget, who decides and other quotes?
Do most quotes go out within two business days of the call or site visit?
Does every quote include a short note covering the problem, what's included and excluded, and why you?
Do your quotes include photos of similar jobs, reviews, your guarantee, or options to choose from?
Does every quote get at least three follow-ups before it's closed off?
Does every quote have one clear way to accept and a valid-until date?
Could you list every open quote and its next step right now, without searching your inbox?
Your numbers
Example numbers. Change them to yours.Use a typical month. Rough is fine.
You win 3 and lose 7.
Fix these first
In this order. Each one costs time, not money.
Answer the seven checks to get your three fixes.
How the numbers work: quoted work not won is quotes a month, times the share you don't win, times your average job value. The win-back range assumes you'd win 1 in 20 to 1 in 10 of those quotes. That's a cautious assumption, not a promise or an industry benchmark. Your real number depends on why quotes go quiet.
Get the Quote Follow-Up Kit
Put the fixes to work: the checks on paper, five follow-up templates, and a quote tracker spreadsheet that works out your win rate and what you could win back.

About the numbers
How is the estimate worked out?
Quoted work not won = quotes a month × the share you don't win × your average job value. The win-back range is 1 in 20 to 1 in 10 of that figure. If you add your margin, the profit figure is the win-back range × your margin.
Why 1 in 20 to 1 in 10?
It's a deliberately cautious assumption, not an industry figure. Your real number depends on why your quotes go quiet, and that's what the Sales Conversion Review finds out.
Is my information stored?
Not if you only use the calculator. It runs in your browser. If you ask for the free kit, your answers are sent along with your name and email so I can see them. I don't share them.
